(a) Overtime may comprise:

• Casual overtime at the end of a tour of duty or rostered shift.
• Recall to duty between two tours of duty or rostered shifts.
• Advancement of start time (on or into a working day) without due notice.
• Deferment of start time without due notice.

(b) Definition of due notice at Sections 1.2 and 2.4.3.

(c) Overtime is only applicable to constables and sergeants.
